Designer Sue Michael has created a beautiful collection of scarf designs, ready for you to print and turn into your own finished pieces.
Scarf panel measures 70 × 70 cm. You can fit 2 full scarf panels within 1 metre of fabric, or 4 full panels when ordering 1.5 metres.
We recommend our Cotton Voile, Chiffon and Dilly fabrics as the most suitable option for scarves.
Artist’s Statement
Two birds, grackles, sit within a blossom filled woodland, set against a pale mountain morning light. The two birds were made from collaged, plain-coloured papers, whilst the plants were multiple coloured layers of stencilled images, printed from gelatine plates. The birds look out from their garden in a stance of ownership and acute vigilance. They are not fierce creatures but ones alert for justice, none-the-less.
