Choose from our carefully selected range of fabrics, including natural fabric and soft polyester options. Whether you prefer the lightweight drape of chiffon or the soft texture of cotton voile, there’s a perfect fabric for your design. Each custom scarf is printed in our Sydney studio, then hand-cut and finished with a machine-sewn fine rolled hem. We also offer Digital Fabrics’ in-house labels, making your product retail-ready and polished.

Chiffon (100% Polyester)

Composition: 100% polyester

Description: Light-weight, sheer fabric with a matte, crepe finish. Ideal for both everyday and evening wear. The crepe texture provides a good grip, making it perfect for headscarves.

Dilly (97% Polyester / 3% Spandex)

Composition: 97% polyester / 3% spandex

Description: Light-weight, silky fabric with a smooth and lustrous surface. An excellent alternative to silk, delivering vibrant printing results. Ideal for scarves tailored for special events.

Cotton Voile (100% Cotton)

Composition: 100% cotton

Description: Light-weight, semi-sheer, and ultra-soft fabric with a matte finish. A premium natural fiber choice, especially suitable for scarves in warm climates, offering an understated feel.

HOW TO ORDER YOUR CUSTOM SCARF

Ordering your custom scarf online is easy and intuitive. Simply choose your fabric and size, choose "Start Your Design" button, upload your artwork, preview the design, and place your order through our Online Uploader. Whether you're printing one scarf or a bulk run, the process remains fast and seamless. Our team handles everything locally in our Sydney studio – from digital printing to final finishing – so you can be confident in the quality and turnaround. ARTWORK SET-UP FOR CUSTOM SCARVES

Please supply your artwork file set up to the following specifications:

• RGB colour mode
• 150-300 dpi resolution
• File size no larger than 50 MB
• JPG file format
• Your artwork is to scale and set up to the correct size/dimensions + 1 cm sewing allowance on each edge.

THINGS TO NOTE

As with all fabrics, there may be minimal shrinkage during the printing process, which we cannot exactly predict. It can be somewhere between 2-10% on most of our stocked fabrics. We do not recommend printing large regions of pure, flat colours on natural fabrics. Due to the nature of printing on natural fabrics, large regions of pure, flat colours cannot be printed evenly and flat. Natural fabrics will print more subdued colours compared to what you see on the screen.
