This funky design is a digital illustration of the Chorizema varium, or the Flame Pea, and sadly, this flower is listed as a threatened species (endangered) in Australia. I chose this flower, as the colours closely resemble the vibrance of my childhood swimmers, and in a mission to create that colour, I could not think of a better way than to draw awareness to this beautiful, bright flower at the same time. This design embraces curves with a fun, vibrant colour for summer and is a sweet match for the Flame Pea Flower print.
