Holiday Operating Hours & Order Cut-Off Dates 2025
It’s that wonderful (and wonderfully busy!) time of year again — the festive season is fast approaching, and we’re already seeing lots of creative Christmas projects coming through the studio!
To make sure your custom fabrics and printed products are ready in time for Christmas, please take note of our holiday closure dates and order cut-offs below.
Digital Fabrics will close for the holidays on Wednesday, 22nd December 2025.
We’ll be back with a limited team from Monday, 12th January 2026, and fully operational the following week.
This is always our busiest period of the year, so getting your orders in early will help ensure everything arrives before our holiday break.
DAILY PRODUCTION CUT-OFF
Our daily production cut-off time is 1 pm. All dates listed below indicate a 1 pm cut-off on those days.
CUT-OFF DATES FOR ORDERS REQUIRING DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS
– Wednesday, 3 December – Print & Make orders + delivery (depending on quantity)
– Wednesday, 10 December – Printing only orders + delivery
– Friday, 12 December – Express Printing only orders + delivery
CUT-OFF DATES FOR ORDERS REQUIRING PICK-UP BEFORE CHRISTMAS
– Monday, 8 December – Print & Make orders pick-up (depending on quantity)
– Monday, 15 December – Printing only orders pick-up
– Wednesday, 17 December – Express Printing only orders pick-up
IMPORTANT NOTES
– Orders can still be placed after the cut-off dates, but those submitted past the deadlines may not be printed or delivered before our Christmas closure.
– For WA, NT, FNQ, and remote areas, we recommend placing your orders early, as delivery times can vary during this busy period.
– Sample Pack orders placed after 19 December will be dispatched in the New Year.
– From 10 December, all orders will be dispatched via Express Post.
– To fast-track your fabric printing, we recommend ordering through our Online Uploader, which ensures quicker processing of your order.
