Dopamine Dressing – Dress Yourself Happy

Whether you do it consciously or subconsciously, everyone dresses according to mood. Feeling excited and happy? You tend to go for bright, bold colours or that funky print you’ve been wanting to try; Feeling gloomy? Out come the blacks and boring pieces. It’s a way that we express ourselves and reflect how we’re feeling.  

That being said, dressing yourself happy is one of the most fun things you can do with fashion. Feeling down? Increase your dopamine with colour that will uplift your for the day. Put on that bright, hot pink outfit or those pants with that wild print and make yourself feel good.

Bold floral print 

Who doesn’t love a floral print? Something about those flowers that just always makes you feel so pretty and positive and like you need to just go and buy yourself some flowers. When you take a classic floral and turn it into a bold floral design, it creates such a statement and gives off the best happy vibes.
